It was a quiet day in Magicant, which is where Dry Bowser was spending the evening as he enjoyed the pink calm that it provided. There was nothing there to bother him...
...and that's when both Lucas and Captain Falcon landed on him, causing the skeletal reptile to break into a pile of bones.
"Not again..." Dry Bowser groaned as he bounced as a skull, using his dark magic to place his bony body back into place while putting his hands on his hollow hips. "I always question why I bring myself to say this but why did you come and ruin this perfect evening?"
"We need you!" Lucas whimpered as he trembled, glancing around. "Ness has gone missing, and we haven't heard from him in hours!"
"Yes! It has been a bit too Falcon long." Captain Falcon asserted after he did a salute, with a fiery falcon screeching right behind him.
Dry Bowser folded his arms as he murmured. "And how long has it been, exactly?"
Captain Falcon and Lucas glanced at each other as they both shrugged, with Dry Bowser groaning as he placed his right hand on his forehead.
"Do you recall the last place that he was?" Dry Bowser brought up as he placed one of his bones back into his rib cage.
"Well we did see him have one of those donuts at the shop back at the manor," Lucas murmured as he placed his pink snake back into his shirt.
"And then he mentioned something about wanting to try out the home run contest again," Captain Falcon added while adjusting his yellow scarf.
Dry Bowser pulled out a small gadget that activated a portal, pointing towards it.
"Well no use standing here. Time to solve this mystery, much as I hate it..."
Captain Falcon was excited as he grabbed Dry Bowser and Lucas, dashing right into the warp as he was the fastest of the three, with the warp disappearing shortly afterward. The flying men were watching this whole action, wondering if they should take actions into their own feathery hands.
