Disclaimer: Do you think I own Naruto? No, I don't.
Onto the SasuSaku fluff!
"Happy Valentine's Day! I say...this box of candy, the one with the pretty blue bow..."
Sakura Haruno pointed to the large box of candy that was in the store window. Her teammate, Naruto Uzumaki, looked at the box and smiled.
"Who would've thought that in honour of Valentine's Day, they wrote a poem on the back of the candy box?" Kakashi muttered to himself, letting his eyes travel to his two out of three students.
The students where only twelve, yet they acted like real shinobi and kunoichi would.
Sakura was strong, pretty, caring and protective. She would always protect Naruto and Sasuke Uchiha, no matter what it cost her.
Naruto was strong, cheerful, kind and...misunderstood. Because of that damned Kyuubi, the villagers thought nothing of Naruto. Kakashi noted how far the blonde jinchuriki came in his training. He had way more respect now. Kakashi silently thanked Sakura and Sasuke. If it wasn't for them, Naruto might not have the friends he had now.
Sasuke was powerful, revenge-seeking, protective and... in love?
Yes, the all-mighty Uchiha was in love and not just with any kunoichi.
Not with Ino Yamanaka.
Or Hinata Hyuga.
Not even Tenten.
Sasuke Uchiha was in love with Sakura Haruno, but had kept it hidden well. Not too well though, Kakashi noted.
That was the reason Team Seven were here right now, so Sasuke could pick up the box of candy, claiming they were for the kids he had to babysit as a mission. (Kakashi knew they were for a certain pink-haired Haruno, who was currently looking at the necklace in the shop.)
"Ooooh! Naruto, look...pretty!"
Kakashi smiled.
"Sakura?" Sasuke muttered, walking alongside the pink-haired angel.
"Yes Sasuke-"
Sakura was cut of by the male Uchiha giving her a chocolate. She took the treat and popped it in her mouth. He drew nearer to his teammate and whispered in her ear,
"Happy Valentine's Day, Sakura."
And with that, Sasuke kissed Sakura.
