The young body now adult cried out "B-But Slithraa, I ido/i need you; now more than ever! PLEASE don't leave!"

The old Serpentine turned back and looked straight at the boy's Teal eyes and sadly shook his hooded head. He croaked "No, Lloyd, you don't need me anymore.." Slithraa paused in just enough time to allow a stray tear trickle down from the corner of his glazed eye. "Y-you can take care of yourself now. You don't need an old Serpentine like myself to take care of you." He chuckled softly at the humorless remark before turning to resume his personal quest.

Lloyd Garmadon ripped off his ninja mask from his head and held the green dyed cloth tightly in his clenched hand as he cried out for his old guardian. "SLITHRAA! iSLITHRAA!/i COME BACK, PLEASE!" His cries echoed through the ice encased walls and into the center of the battlefield; causing both Serpentine, Skeleton, and Ninja alike to pause and listen to the pitiful attempts of the Green Ninja to call back his first and only friend from disappearing forever from his life.

"SLITHRAA!"

And not a few hours after the battle was over, and the Ninja found their friend down on his knees with his hand in his hands, that the troubling news reached their ears: The Hypnobrai Second in Command, Slithraa, was found dead in his private chambers. He was found hanging from a well crafted noose that was tied to the ceiling of his closet with a two paged letter at the base of his feet reading:

i To anyone who has found my corpse:

General Skales and to the rest of the Tribe:

I would like to apologize for all of the stupid and ufoolish/u things that I have done in the past to earn your distaste and disrespect of me. I do not blame any of you for hating me for what I have done...

...

Most importantly, uplease/u go to my sibling Opal and tell her of my death; although, there is, no doubt the she has already felt what I've done for the very first moment that I secured the noose around my neck and stepped of the stool to my death. Tell her...I have ualways/u been proud of her; even when she 'stood' up to me 1,400 years ago for being the 'cause' of losing one of her charges. I was baffled yes, but even more so, I was proud how she stood up to me and...embraced me with open arms many years later.

Now Rattla, you BETTER continue to take good care of my little sister! I don't want to have to come back as a spirit and haunt you!

Last of all concerning those that I love, please tell the Green Ninja that...that he has always been like a son to me; even when he caused me to lose my title as general! That scamp! In all seriousness,u please/u tell him...that he was more than a son to me, he was...a dear friend; actually, he was my first and only friend. Tell him, no matter where my soul may take me, I will uALWAYS/u be watching over him and my dear little sister.

May the Hypnobrai never cease to exist and peace to you all,

From,

Slithraa ADIN Hypno.
