Disclaimer: Obviously, I don't own the Bible. Who can own God's words? And I don't own Disney's Aladdin, and I don't own the song "Prince Ali." And I'm not making money by posting this story. Whew.

A/N: Original completion date: 1/3/11. I suppose this poem might come across as humorous, but rest assured, I don't take Jesus lightly. He is Lord and King, reigning forever. Do you like it?

"King Jesus"

All hail! It's King Jesus!

All quail for King Jesus.

Hey, listen up! There's this awesome guy,

And Buddha could not beat Him if he tried.

Mohammed and Allah are hopelessly outclassed.

He is the Alpha

And the Omega,

The Beginning and the Last.

King Jesus, righteous and just,

Lord God Almighty.

He in Whom, and Whom alone,

His people trust.

No one's as mighty as He.

Just read the Bible; you'll see!

Compared to Him every other god is a bust!

King Jesus—all others must

Bow down before Him.

Even Satan with his hate,

Will bite the dust.

Against the demonic hordes,

King Jesus simply is bored.

For over them He is Lord

And King, Jesus!

He rules sovereignly over the nations.

Quite completely He knows each of us.

He provided the way for salvation.

He's the only way.

Hear what I say?

To live eternally, just trust

King Jesus! All the earth just

Serves to exalt Him,

Even those who turn away

In deep disgust.

His holiness, they begrudge.

They disbelieve and won't budge,

But soon, they all will be judged

By King Jesus.

All His angels at His feet are falling,

And His wrath soon will strike the unjust.

But to unbelievers He is calling.

So why make a fuss?

Bow, if you must!

All it takes is your faith and trust

In Jesus . . .

King Jesus . . .

King Jesus! All His saints just

Kneel before Him,

Singing praise to the God-Man

Who has their trust.

The churches swell with their song.

Good Christian-folk, sing along!

'Cause He's the Son of God,

King of all kings!

He's the Earth's Creator;

He's over all things!

'Cause He's Lord Jehovah.

Sing "Hallelujah!"

What more is there to discuss?

All hail

The King, Jesus!
