Nathan and Audrey were sitting together on a couch inside of Nathan's apartment. Nathan stroked Audrey's hair, able to feel every strand.

"You know, tomorrow's Valentine's day." He told her, smiling.

"Yeah, yeah it is. What do you have planned? Something special?" Audrey teased.

"Maybe. Maybe it's just us in here, under a blanket. Movies. Hot chocolate." Nathan said, beginning to think of romantic things. "With marshmallows."

Audrey checked her wrist and noticed the time on her watch.

"It's getting late. I should head home." She began to sit up on the couch. "That sounds great, Nathan. No surprises though."

He held her hand. "You should stay."

"I've stayed here almost every night for the past week, Nathan." She smiled "Trying to keep me here?"

"Yeah." He grinned. "Stay here. Not just for the night."

"You mean move in with you?" Audrey asked.

"Well, you're here all the time anyways. And there's room." Nathan caressed her shoulders " I can go get your stuff from the Gull. Have you moved in by Valentines day."

"I… Nathan, I'd have to warn Duke." She replied.

"Don't think about Duke. What do you say?" Nathan looked into Audrey's eyes.

"Stay here with you? All day every day? Eating pancakes? Watching movies?" She broke a smile "Why the hell not?"

"Is that a yes?" Nathan grinned, not knowing what to expect.

"Yes." Audrey and Nathan began to kiss.

A man and a woman were inside of a house, arguing. The man was saying something about not being a cheater. The woman didn't really care, she was yelling that he was.

The woman took her toddler and walked out of the house. As soon as the door shut, the mans heart exploded, causing the room he was in- a living room with fancy furniture- to become stained with blood.

"We're going to be away from Daddy for a while, okay sweetie?" The woman asked her daughter, strapped in a carseat.

"Why Mommy?" The girl squeaked.

The woman shed a tear. "Because he broke my heart."

She started the car and drove off, unaware of the man inside and his state.
