Wall-e isn't mine, and I borrowed this idea from my brother
NOW BOARDING
As he closed the back of his vehicle, the last bag being put in the trunk, he took one last look around the neighborhood and sighed, even IF the whole place was full of garbage, and the high-class street looked like a bad part of town, it had been his home for over forty years of his life. And he would miss it. He had lived there since he was a little boy and he would be homesick as long as he was gone. As he drove the BnL provided hover car to the Axiom transit station, his eyes were drown to all the trash-filled streets and small yellow robots that had already started to clean up the mountains of refuse, or at least were TRYING to clean it.
Before he knew it he and his family were at the station and the kids were already exited; he hadn't taken a vacation in over ten years, and though he didn't like to not be working (he never felt comfortable just doing nothing but relaxing for more then a day or two), his family deserved this and so did he. Besides he thought with a chuckle the entire company is leaving planet, so NOBODY'S working.
They made their way up the entrance ramp and were almost to the check in as he stopped and looked around one last time with a sigh. His wife asked him what was wrong her replied: "I'm going to miss it…" she gave him and odd look "I know its strange that ill miss a planet that's become a big trash dump, but its true… and I feel like im not going to see it for a long time…" he shrugged with a small smile and turned to the check-in 'bot. "NAME AND THUMB-PRINT FOR RESERVATION CLARIFICATION, PLEASE" it said in its metallic, faux cheerful voice, extending its print and voice recognition pad towards him.
He put his thumb on the plate and leaned into the microphone and said clearly,
"Thomas McCrea, with a family reservation for five."
A green light dinged and they were then ushered to the rooms that would be their home-away-from-home for the next five short years….
