Sprinting through the woods, dodging trees and bushes, the hooded man kept his gaze strong on his enemy, a tall, well built, 'red coat'. He was sprinting ahead of the hooded man, occasionally turning his head to face behind him to make sure his assailant wasn't gaining on him. But every time he looked back, the hooded man, without fail, seemed to have vanished.

Still sprinting, the Red Coat's mid-length hair waved in the wind as his breathing pattern quickened and his steps became heavier. Suddenly, he tripped and fell face first into the thick layer of snow. Panicking, the red coat frantically clawed at the ground, eager to regain his lead in this chase. But he was too late. Out of nowhere, an arrow flew towards him with great speed and deadly accuracy, pinning his hand to the floor, shortly followed by the hooded man's arrival.

The hooded man pressed all of weight onto his left foot as he stood on the Red Coat's free hand, as to make sure he had no hand free to play and form of trick.

The hooded man wore a long jacket, almost identical to the Red Coat's, except it was a creamy white with two blue almost tail-like parts at the bottom, long brown boots over his dark brown bottoms.
His hood had a beak which had the markings of an eagle on it. This was no ordinary man, this was an assassin. Connor Kenway, as he liked to call himself. He was half native American and half English.

Connor, flicking his wrist and kneeling down, released his hidden blade and placed it to the Red Coat's throat.

"Your days of cruelty are over, Templar. No longer will people have to fear for their lives when you enter their town."
The red Coat began to shake, his Battle-worn face mangled with fear as his breath quickened even more.

"You won't get away with this, Assassin. You and your whole kind will perish under the Templar rule! Kill me and 2 more will replace me. The world needs us to guide them, to make sure peace is sustained. You would seek to destroy that?"

"You talk of these people as of they were your children, when you are blind to the fear you induce. These people will be free of you and your order, and only then will they have true peace. They will be free to think for themselves and face the consequences of their own actions. They will learn from their mistakes and benefit from their achievements."

"You don't know the half of it, Assassin! You'll see, we will destroy you all!" growled the Red Coat.

"Be at peace, Templar. You will taint this land with your hatred no longer."
Said Connor as he pushed his hidden blade deep into the Red Coat's neck and watched the man's life fade before his eyes, then retracted his hidden blade.

Connor pushed the arrow through the Red Coat's hand and placed it back into his quill before standing again.

He then climbed a nearby tree and began sprinting and jumping tree to tree until he reached the nearest town.
