Summary: Dean asks a question of Castiel and Sam and Charlie complain about the lack of kisses- Surprisingly not Crack. Based off a picture/quote set I saw, you'll know it if you've seen it, I used the quote not the picture part.

"Will you love me for the rest of my life?" Dean asked Castiel softly as they lay together on the floor of the Bunker's living/sitting room, Dean's head resting on Castiel's chest, moving slightly with each rise and fall of the angel's breath.

"No." Cas' said, simply.

Dean pulled away to look at the angel with a disappointed face.

Cas' smiled as he sat up as well, his hand reaching to touch Dean's face, until his hand encompassed Dean's cheek, resting there quietly, "I'll love you for the rest of mine."

Dean's face softened immediately as he felt the truth of Castiel's words rush through him.

The two lent forwards as one to press their foreheads together, it was the way they chose to show affection when they could be interrupted by Sam or one of the other people that came through the Bunker, it was intimate for them, but not so intimate that it might make one of the others uncomfortable if they came across them doing it, besides Dean felt that for once in his life the kisses he shared with someone should be shared only between them and Cas' rather liked the thought of being special for Dean, something different than his usual M.O.

"Come on, guys, can't you be normal and just kiss." Sam complained as he entered the room.

"Kisses show affection, we are showing affection, I see no difference." Cas' said as he pulled away to look at Sam.

Dean chuckled even as he hid his face against Castiel's neck.

"You do that to annoy me, don't you?" Sam asked as Charlie bounced into the room, her current girlfriend following more sedately.

"Were they doing their forehead kiss thing?" Charlie asked.

"Yeah."

"You guys really should just kiss like humans." Charlie agreed with Sam.

"Thank you!" Sam shouted.

"You just want to take a picture and post it on your blog and use it as proof for Cas' and Dean shippers." Dean groaned.

"They don't need proof, they do it anyway, but it might tone down some of the Sam/Dean ones." Charlie mused.

"Don't want to know." Dean said looking green.

Cas frowned and pressed a finger to Dean's forehead, "Better?"

Dean smiled gratefully, "Yeah."

Dean leaned against Cas and watched his family do their thing, he was content for the moment, he had his brother and his surrogate sister near him and both were happy.

But best of all he had his angel to lean on and the knowledge that no matter what happened in the future that he would be loved, even when Cas' was the only one that remembered him as just Dean, not the Righteous Man, or the one that helped stop the Apocalypse several time or killed monsters on a monthly basis, but just Dean; a man who loved his family more than anything else, who would risk everything just to keep them safe, and who had fallen for an Angel, and one that at one point had fallen for him.

Even when Cas' was the only one to remember such, Dean hoped that the Angel would remember that Dean would love him long into whatever afterlife he had earned.
