On mountain peak
Way up high
The world seems bleak
From a mile in the sky

Duty drives me
It sets the clock
Ties me to friends and Sensei
Yet one from me does it block

In morning's twilight
Before dawn's drill
I climb the tower right
For love, to get my morning fill

The breeze ruffles my hair
The nightingale sings
Prompting my heart's care
And the joy love brings

I look east
Over mountains toward the sea
In that moment, finding peace
Love's ardor does me free

Two years past
Sensei had a plan
An exchange east
With America, we stand

Hirotaka went there
He had his fun
Flirting with girls most fair
In the land of the western sun

In his place, blessed were we
By an unassuming teen
A heart most pure, had he
And of being a hero, he dreamed

Slender and blonde
With soft brown eyes
His name was "Ron"
And he, my heart, made rise.

I never saw a friend
Try so hard as he
His resolve never bent
Through bruises and skinned knees

He stumbled, my One did
During that first week hard
His quality, frustration hid
Along with quality marred.

Yet he impressed me
My One surely did
Greatness did he seek
To prove himself, he did

Make me happy
He always can
With American-style patter-snappy
That's my Stoppable San!

His heart and effort
Shone through late
When danger did us confront
Through a pyre of hate

Overcame adversity, did he
And Monkey Fist's threat
Us, he did free
Resolved was Honor's bet

We've shared missions four
Whenever the school him needs
He walks through our door
Doing his best for me.

On like mountain, he is
With baby sister fair
Every day I him miss
How I wish I were there!

The gong sounds below
Calling out the day
To the drill, I must go
With this, I end my say

As I see the sun rise
I think of my Stoppable San
My custom as the day's begun
And my blissful time does pass
Once more, my love, I hide
And hope for another chance
With him—my One
Just he and I together at last
