A/N: If you haven't read "Once upon a time, we belonged together" go do it, because this is the sequel.

It took Derek all the length of the dinner to make Alex tell his and Addison's history – bad end included. Derek spit the water he was drinking and stared at him for ten seconds, ten slow seconds full of silence and fear.

Meredith, Jackson and April had all to keep Derek far away from Alex for the next week, although Jackson wasn't too happy about it.

After said week, Alex eventually told his friends about his decision to go to LA, leaving them speechless with his (apparently) toneless voice.

He got in the car; stopped only to eat, sleep and go to the bathroom. He knocked on Addison's door in an April evening, taking her breath away when he kissed her.

Then, there were no words. Only hands all over one another, hot sighs, enchained bodies.

Three years later

"Addison, we're late, get a move!"

"Coming!" she yelled, managing to put on a shoe as she was running down the stairs.

"Come on, they're all waiting for us!" Alex took her hand, raising for a moment his eyes from the sleeping baby he was holding.

"I'm ready."

The christening went smoothly. All their friends and ex-colleagues from Seattle were there, and Derek was excited about his role of godfather.

Elise Morgana Montgomery-Karev was welcomed and celebrated by God.

A/N: This was my first Addison/Alex story, so try and be nice :)
