Annabeth's POV
I racked my brain searching for the right words I had been assigned this poem days ago for creative writing class at New Rome University our topic being our summer. Well, I thought plopping my head into my hands, words that would describe my summer. Monstrosity, that word certainly work, eventful, it was nothing if not that, randomosity, TOTTALLY! So I wrote my poem.
My weird summer was
A monstrosity, and a
RANDOMOSITY
As I lifted my hands from the key board I laughed my poetry skills could rival Apollos .Now that haiku was totally for laughs but it was very fun to write. Then I got to work on my more serious poem I looked back on all that had happened this summer finding Athena's Parthenos, blowing up new Rome [and old Rome] and Tartarus and Bob, poor, poor Bob suddenly I lifted my head after seeing Percy's face on my screen saver I got a spark of inspiration.
Mrs. Mitchel's POV
I scanned Annabeth's poem looking for grammatical or spelling errors then I proceeded to read the paper.

Everyone needs a friend
Someone they can depend on
Someone who will never let go
Move on
Or pass by
Who will hang at the edge of destruction
And fall in with you
I have found my person and his name is
Perseus Jackson
