Disclaimer: I don't own Crash Bandicoot
Summary: They are two different people, it was very clear. They are just like night and day. But there's a reason why they say that opposites attracts.
Pairing: Crash/Nina
Warning: Possibly OOCness
I have wanted to write this pairing for a while. And yes, I ship Nina with both Coco AND Crash!
The story is kinda short, but I hope you'll enjoy it regardless.
When you look at them, you wouldn't think they are romantically involved with each other. When you look at them, you will wonder how they even became a couple in the first place.
They don't deny it. They know their relationship is unusual; one of them isn't even a human, just a mutated bandicoot who is considered a failed experiment by her uncle. Their relationship isn't normal, but they didn't mind it. They weren't even normal to begin with.
He's the day, she's the night.
He's warm, she's cold.
He's good, she's evil.
He's dumb, she's smart.
He's nice, she's rude.
They are two different people, it was very clear. They are just like night and day. But there's a reason why they say that opposites attracts.
The line between good and evil was thin enough to allow this love to spark, yet none can guess how. Not even Crash or Nina knew how it was possible, yet they didn't question it. Perhaps there are some questions that aren't meant to be answered.
She was the vile girl who held evil high above, he was the goofy hero who saved the world more than once. One was good, one was evil but it didn't matter to Crash; to him, love was love. He just wished the others would understand this.
The others weren't accepting when they found out. No one was happy for them. This kind of relationship is forbidden; a taboo. They were supposed to be enemies, not lovers.
They tried to tell them it wouldn't work and they could do better. But no matter how much they tried, no one changed their minds or feelings. Even when the others disapproved, the love between the bandicoot and the human remained strong. To them, it didn't matter what the others think.
They are just like night and day. Two different people, yet the love between them is there (even though Nina doesn't express it as often as Crash). She is his night, and he is her day.
Yeah, I know the ending sucks. I couldn't think of a good one. Otherwise, I like the story :)
