"Vampire"

I see him

Out in the

Dead of night.

Standing on the castle rooftop,

He's bathed in silver moonlight.

Donned in black and crimson,

He moves around the rooftop

He sniffs out blood

Like a canine.

He smiles evilly,

His sharps fangs

Gleaming in the moonlight.

He found me.

He lurks behind me,

Smiling in the light.

He'll drink my blood tonight.

He's right behind me,

And I am not aware.

I feel him bite my neck,

But there is no pain.

The last thing I see

Before my eternal sleep

Are the bloody fangs

Of my attacker.

I feel my eyes close,

And my heart cease it's beating.

Finally, my end has come.

Thanks to the vampire

Who stalks the moonlit night.
