A full moon shines over the city of Gotham. Under its pale white light, a dark silhouette of a Great Dane was chasing another silhouette of a certain Siamese cat.
"Catch me if you can, Bathound!" Ace then boosted up the power of his Bat-Board to go faster and to catch up to Isis. As usual, the canine hero's chasing his feline nemesis, who had just stolen another piece of jewelry, only she's more seductive to him than usual. To Ace, it just makes things a whole lot interesting. Before long, the Bat-Board caught up to her. With a smile, he jumped off and tackled her to the grassy ground.
"Gotcha," he said to her slyly as he looked down at her. Isis then looked up at him as he removed the golden/silver pendant from around her neck.
"You certainly did," she purred with a smile. "When I said you canine heroes never give up, I certainly wasn't kidding."
"What can I say?" Ace asked. "There are some bets I refuse to loose. So…do I get my prize?" Isis smiled in reply with a wink.
"Come over here and take it," she answered. Ace smiled before leaning down and kissing her passionately.
Ace gasped as he woke up. He then looked around to find himself in his room and the clock read 3 AM. Ace then rubbed his head.
What a crazy dream, he thought.
"Ace, what's wrong?" a voice asked. The Bathound turned to Robbie, who's half-asleep on the pillow beside the canine's head.
"It's nothing, Robbie," he answered him. "It was just a dream."
"Oh," Robbie yawned, "okay." The little robin then tucked his head under his wing and fell back asleep. Ace then laid his head back down on his own pillow to get back to sleep, still weirded out by the dream.
