Christmas with her one love. I did not promise any happiness...

Midnight.
25 December.

Calypso watched as the others started exchanging presents. They had all decided to celebrate Christmas at Camp Half-blood. Annabeth actually pounced on Percy upon seeing her gift. Hazel kissed Frank on the cheek. Jason and Piper were snogging somewhere. Seeing the individual couples brought tears to her eyes. She wanted to be with her one true love. Slowly, she stood up and walked towards the door.

"Hey Calypso? Where are you go-" Jason's question was left unanswered as the immortal girl closed the door. Camp Halfblood was great, but it didn't feel right. She walked quickly to the part of the woods she knew so well. With every footstep, she remembered all the good times they shared.

*Thump*

"Hey Sunshine!" Told ya I didn't follow the rules!" That voice caught her breath. Although she hadn't heard his voice for over 5 years, she recognized that irritating fool. Her one love, Leo. Dropping her gardening tools, she ran towards him. Much to Leo's astonishment, she pounced on him and they both fell to the sand.

"Woah, you must have missed me a lot huh? Of course, who could resist m-" Calypso silenced him with a kiss, pressing her soft lips against his dry, chapped ones.

And the ever talkative Leo was speechless yet again.

*Thump*

"Come on Leo, not again..." she sighed in exasperation. Leo had set himself on fire and his room had to be rebuilt as everything was burnt down. "Oh well...guess I'll be camping in your room then." Leo responded with a boyish twinkle in his eyes.

Calypso couldn't help but smile. "What were you trying to build anyway?" Leo suddenly became really flustered. "I...umm...it was nothing really...I mean...nothing!" "Totally..." Calypso smirked, her arms crossed.
"I guess it is the day today...fine, I'll show you. Happy anniversary."

From his pocket, he took out a snow globe with a model of Oygia inside. "Well? Is it ok? Why...why are you crying?" "It's perfect." Calypso looked up to Leo with tears in her eyes.

"Turn the key." *click* Team Leo! Team Leo! Team Leo for the win!' "LEO!" "Oops, gotta go!" Calypso chased after her idiotic yet lovable boyfriend who didn't give even give her a chance to catch up with him.

Smiling through her tears, she turned another corner before stopping in front of a gravestone.

"Calypso go! I'll buy you time!" Leo shouted as the bronze bull advanced. They were just outside the camp borders when the bull decided to attack. Leo was only armed with a knife but he knew he could not let it hurt her. He charged towards it and climbed onto its back. The bull roared, trying to swing Leo off. At the count of three, he buried his knife into the bull's mouth. As the bull's eyes widened, it disintegrated into ashes.

"Leo...you defeated it! Oh gods, you're hurt!" Leo lay on the ground, clutching his side. "Poison on the teeth." Leo explained with a grimace. His arm had a deep gash with blood pouring out. "Quick! We need to get you inside!"

"No." "I don't want to lose you!" "No, sweetheart. Nothing can be done. Come here." She knelt down to the ground, next to her dying boyfriend. Leo smiled as he reached out a hand to touch her face. "I kept my promise." He closed his eyes and never moved again.

Overwhelmed with the memories, she sank to the ground. With tears streaming down her face, she put down her moonlace and whispered, "Merry Christmas, Leo."

Just then, a warm breeze swept over her, and she heard faint laughter, followed by a voice.

"You too, Sunshine."

Soooo...ok? please review and don't kill me for killing him?
