Hello, lovely readers! It is I, Lady Song! All theatrics aside, I am proud to present my very first drabble that my (totally biased) best friend has described as - and I quote- "terribly adorable" which is exactly the effect I'm going for! Feel free to agree with this opinion (or not, entirely up to you). And now, without any further ado, I present to you:
L.I.L.Y.
"Aw, James! You spelled my name out in lilies!"
"Actually, no."
"No?"
"It's actually just an acronym that just so happens to spell your name."
"Well then what's it mean?"
"Lily, I love you."
"I love you too, James, but what does it mean?"
"Lily."
"Yes?"
"Lily. I. Love. You."
"I know! I love you too! But what does it mean? The acronym!"
"Nevermind."
Hello, my sweets! Did you like it? I hope you don't feel like I just wasted the 10 seconds of your life it took to read that (give or take 5 or so). I got the idea from a Facebook post that said "You can't spell Jily without ILY" and there I go thinking, well you can't spell "Lily" without "ily" either. And thus this drabble was born. So again, I hope you like it! You can review if you want, but there's not much to say about it (unless I spelled something horribly wrong and/or you're really annoyed with these parentheses and would like me to stop).
'Til next time (God knows when that will be!)
~ LSS
