Having a nice cup of chamomile tea in a fancy school wasn't really Nick Fury's cup of tea. But Nick was a man of his word, and when the situation involved a powerful girl teaming up a psycho god from his highly secured prison, Nick will do anything to stop those two psychos.

So here he was, at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngster's, sitting across from the wheelchair bound professor in the professor's study with a white teacup in his dark, rough hands. When Nick had found out about Loki's escape from Thor, he immediately set to work by contacting his long time ally Professor Charles Xavier. He told exactly what Thor had told him earlier. Some crazy lady had somehow managed to break out Loki from his cell singlehandedly and steal the Tesseract by using some very interesting powers, which Nick knew the Professor would only know of.

"I always feared this day would come," the professor finally answered quietly, after thinking for a long five minutes of silence.

"So you know her," Nick mused.

"She was once a friend of mine," Charles replied. "Once. A very long time ago."

"Her name is Antoinette," the professor sighed. "I don't know what her actual last name was, but during her days as an X-men she called herself Annie von Sperling. I first met her when I first met Magneto. They both spent a few years in a concentration camp under another mutant called Sebastian Shaw who experimented on them both. She's an extraordinary mutant. The most talented mutant I have ever seen in my entire life," Charles smiled fondly at his memory. "She was a very sweet girl too. Even after all the traumatising things she went through she still had a large amount of compassion in her."

"What happened to her?" Nick asked.

"There… was an accident," Charles answered hesitantly. "One so horrible I had to erase that event from all my pupils' memories. All I can say is after the accident she fled away from the institution out of fear and ever since then I haven't seen or spoken to her."

"Any clues on why she broke Loki from his cell in Asgard and stole the Tesseract?"

"I… the only plausible reason why she team up with this God would be maybe revenge."

"Revenge on whom?" Fury asked curiously.

"Please listen director Fury," Charles said slowly. "She hasn't exactly had the most easiest life. She has been torn away from her family, abused and neglected as a child, and many of her loved ones have been killed in front of her very eyes. She was a sweet girl, yes, but that was a long time ago. She's a cold, ruthless killer and there are many people in this world that she wishes to suffer and she will stop at nothing until she gets what she wants."

The professor wheeled away to one of the wall panels before entering a code and unlocking one of the panels where inside lay a large, worn-out suitcase.

Charles placed the suitcase on his lap and wheeled his way over to Director.

"This suitcase contains some of her most valued possessions and I'm sure they will help you a great deal," Charles said, as he handed over the suitcase to the director. "Guard this with all your life and keep it well hidden. Everything in here reveals a bit about herself and if she ever gets wind of the fact that you have it in your possession, the price will be dear."

"Thank you, professor."

Charles gave him a sad smile. "Good luck."

Nick managed a tiny smile of appreciation at the paralysed professor then starting his way out before a voice caused him to stop.

"Nick."

Nick turned back at the professor.

"If you ever do find her," Charles starts. "Please bring her back here. She always had a place here. She just didn't know it."

Nick nodded stoically at the professor one last time before finally exiting his office.
