Ok, this is my first fanfic. Please comment to help me get better at this. This is just a short drabble about my OCs morning at the Nordic house.
Greenland groaned as the sunlight started to peak into her room, annoying her. Her bedroom window pointed right towards where the sun rose. She started pulling the blankets over her head when a horrible thought struck her. Greenland glanced at her clock hoping it wasn't time. '8:37. Shouldn't that obnoxious Dane be busting in here by now?' As that thought passed through her head a loud voice rang through the hall behind her door.
"BBBRRITTTNNEEYY! Wake up!" Denmark yelled through her door. The door swung open as he strutted inside the bedroom. He started shaking the lump that was sprawled across the bed. "Come on, wake up!" Denmark ordered. "I'm awake, you dummy." The lump replied. Greenland pulled the covers off of herself and push him away. Sitting there, she took a moment to settle.
"Awwww. You're no fun, Brittney!" He complained. The sleepy nation rubbed her eyes.
"Mathias get out of my room so I can get change." She replied. Denmark looked at her. "Do I have to?" He asked. Brittney then gave him a sharp glare. "Yes, now get out!" She yelled throwing her pillow roughly at him. He quickly ran out. Greenland sighed and muttered 'Idiot'. She stood up, walking to her closet.
After getting dressed, Greenland walked down stairs and to the kitchen to see Denmark lying on the ground next to Norway's chair. You facepalmed. Figures he would annoy everyone first thing in the morning. "Good morning, Brittney." A cheerful voice greeted. The said nation glanced up to see Finland smiling. "Good morning, Toni. Would you like a hand with breakfast?" She offered.
"No thank you. Breakfast is almost finished." Finland said. Greenland took her seat next to Norway and laid her head on the table. "Why do I feel so tired?" She asked no one. Turning her head, she noticed Norway hadn't said anything. "What? I don't get a 'good morning'?" She asked jokingly.
The Norwegian man put down the book he was reading and glanced down at her, his emotionless blue eyes meeting her blue-gray ones. Greenland felt blush litter her cheeks. "Good morning, 'princess'." Greenland twitched. Norway called her that when she younger. Now, it started to annoy her. "Don't call me that!" She childishly whined. "Why not, 'princess'?" He implied.
She groaned. Today was going to be a looong day.
