Time
She to invested in the hours that pass her by
I'd pay attention if I thought it was worth the time
I tell her easy but her hands they find away
Confusing passion for the love he never gave
Fall back on reasons that we know won't stand a chance
Watching her shoulders like a memory from the glass
I tell her easy but her hand s they find a way
Confusing passion for the love he never gave
Time-Timbaland feat. She wants Revenge.

If there was one thing that Sweeney Todd would never understand, it Mrs. Lovett. She was always in his face, believing that there was something more there, something that she thought she could unearth from his blackened soul.
She thought wrong, of course.
He thought about this for a long time while he stared out of the dirty window, absently watching people go in each and every direction down the street. He longed for someone to come into his parlor, someone he could take out all his frustrations on, someone likeā¦.the judge.
It was only then that he noticed someone had entered, making the little bell above the door jingle far to pleasantly. Spreading a fake smile on his face, he turned around only to have it fade away quickly.
It was her.
He turned back to face the window. Why was it when he had just gotten her out of his mind, she was instantly there to remind him? He suddenly found himself more irritated then before with her. If he was ever going to sort this out, she needed to leave. Now.
"Mrs. Lovett, why do you constantly find the need to come and bother me?"
"Oh I dunno, just out 'o habit I guess. I mean it's not like I don't 'ave anything better to be doing at the moment," she said with a sarcastic flare to her voice, rolling her eyes. It's not like he didn't know why she was here. Wasn't it obvious to him? She would never understand why he was so blind to her advances, ignoring them and moving on like they never had happened. Did he really dislike her so much?
After a while of contemplating ,she decided that it would be best if she left, sensing that he was in no mood for her games. She set the tray she had been carrying down and turned to leave, but he caught her arm in his hand, pulling her back towards him.
"Now, now. I'll tolerated a lot 'o things Mr. T, but this ain't one of em," She said, turning her head in frustration.
"Why Mrs. Lovett, what is it exactly that you won't tolerate? Aren't I giving you exactly what you wanted?"
Pulling her closer to him, he wrapped an arm around her waste. He felt her pull back slightly in attempt to escape from the firm grasp he had on her. That only made him hold onto her tighter, crushing her into his chest.
"Ah Mrs. Lovett, don't try to be so innocent! You think I don't notice you at all, don't you? With that parading around here in those dresses! A blind old fool would notice even that," he whispered in her ear. The menacing tone in his voice was sending chills of fear down her spine. He could feel them, see her eyes widen with every word he spoke. Oh this was proving to be too much fun.
She suddenly acted on an irrational impulse. She moved forward and kissed him straight on the lips! The feeling of him being so close override her fear, replacing it with clouded lust.
She went to pull back only to have him place his hand on the back of her head, pulling her face even closer to his. 'This isn't supposed to be happening. I'm not supposed to be doing this. Why can't I stop!?' His own thoughts and needs where getting in the way of the one thing he was here for, the only thing he was here for.
And still, he couldn't help himself.
