The autumn air was crisp and cold, each breeze cutting through me like a knife. The watercolor trees rippled in the wind, feeling this as much as I was.

I was on my way to see Germany, we had both agreed to meet in Berlin to have coffee and go sightseeing, and I couldn't wait. As I approached the shop, I could see Italy waving at me through the window. I smiled in return and rushed through the doorway.

"Feliciano!" I said.

"Ludwig!" He replied exuberantly.

I scooted into the booth, sliding across from him. He looked so adorable! His nose was pink from the cold, just like his cheeks. He reached across the table and took my hands in his. I looked down so he wouldn't see my face, I was blushing and it was all splotchy and red. I cleared my throat.

"So, what are you going to order?" I asked.

"That isn't pasta." I quickly added.

"I'all probably have a pumpkin spice latte, with extra cream, how about you?" He replied.

"Just a plain coffee I guess, black."

"Oh, Ludwig you're so boring!" Feliciano whispered.

I winced at his remark. Was I? Does coffee really say that much about your personality? Sometimes, Feli was terribly confusing!

Feliciano placed our order and we began to talk about our plans for the afternoon.

"Do you want to go to the park? Or the museum? Or..?" I asked unsure.

"Ooh! Yes, let's go to the park!"

We finished our drinks and left, heading across the street to the park, hand in hand.
