This is my first entry for the YuBo WAVE!2 which has become an annual thing now, since I'm a little too obsessive over my OTP.

I haven't written in a long time…and I'm very sorry to all my fans. I have an excuse though- I wrote my first book and had it printed.

Disclaimer: Ja and I own the WAVE- Nothing else.

-Precious-

The little moments counted the most. They were not insignificant or meaningless.

They were…precious.

Yuriy was sleeping on the couch with a broken ankle wrapped, iced, and propped up on the cushions. Boris did not want to wake him but as he crouched down and gingerly kissed his lover's forehead, blue eyes slowly fluttered open.

''Borya…''

''I'm going to go fetch our guest now from the airport.''

Yuriy nodded as he yawned. He wanted to go along bit it was out of the question. The last thing he needed was to slip on the ice for a second time that week. He watched as Boris left, car keys in hand and when the door resonated from the locking sound, he sighed quietly.

His blue eyes began to shut again; he could not do much else. His left ankle was still too swollen to put any pressure on it and so walking around was not an option. It hurt too much to his use crutches, without extra support and since Boris was gone…he was helpless.

He watched every movie from their collection and at the late hour it was, there was nothing showing except the nightly news. The news was even more depressing than his current situation.

Yuriy decidedly closed his eyes and opted for another hour or two of rest. He had fallen asleep rather fast, from the pain medication but when he heard the phone ring, left on the coffee table beside him; he had no choice but to rejoin reality.

''Hello,'' He answered in a drowsy voice.

''Hey Yu,''

Yuriy began to smile. It was Boris.

''I miss you…'' He heard from the other side of the line and sighed happily.

''Oh, Boryenka…''

''I do, and I love you, Yuriy.''

Boris was just a little too cell phone happy but Yuriy thought it was adorable.

''I love you, Boris.''

The moment was touching even though Boris was only at the airport, barely forty minutes away from their place.

''You be good and don't get up…then maybe I'll carry you to bed tonight…''

Yuriy could not help but stare at his injured ankle as he listened.

''You just pick up our guests and we can get back to the old ways when they head back out next week.''

''Da…'' Boris agreed and after another little while, they big each other farewell.

On either side, they kept smiling from the precious moment, until they found one another again.
