As she watched him soar through the air, she felt a stirring in her chest. She didn't know what it was, or why she felt this way. He had barely noticed her since their first year, but she had been slowly edging her way closer to him. It didn't seem to be working, so she decided that she had to make a move. She couldn't wait anymore, she had to know how he felt.

He flashed past her again, like a bird. She was mesmerised, watching him soar and dive in the air, as graceful as a swan, but powerful as an eagle. As he looped through the air, his red hair was ruffled, his cheeks pink and his eyes shining. Her breath caught in her throat as he whooshed past her yet again, but this time throwing her a cheeky wink. Her cheeks flushed pink, and her heart fluttered beneath her ribs. Indeed, she could not wait anymore.
