Learning the Truth

Allie was shaking. She didn't know how her parents would react to the news. She didn't know how this would change her life. She was happy just keeping it to herself but Will insisted that her parents needed to know.

"Mom," Allie said, "dad, I have something I need to tell you… and um… I don't know how you're going to react to this"

Showing the Truth

"What is it sweetie," her mother asked

"You might want to sit down," Allie said, "You were right. King Arthur did return yesterday. Here's the thing though… it wasn't Will"

She picked up a plastic sword and they watched as it turned into Excalibur.

Reacting to the Truth

Allie's parents sat stunned. They never thought it was possible that their daughter would have been King Arthur. If she had been a boy that could have been understandable but Arthur was male and Allie was female.

"Oh my GOD," Allie's mother whispered

"Allie," her father said, "We're so sorry… we should have figured it out"

Questioning the Truth

"How is this going to change my life," Allie asked, "How is it going to change my destiny?"

"Your life will not change," her mom said, "Because your life has always been the reincarnation of King Arthur but your destiny is to bring Camelot back to modern times."

"HOW am I going to do that," Allie asked.

"Well let's take a look at the book," Allie's mom said.

The book said, your heart will guide you.

Confused about the Truth

"My heart will guide me? What does that even mean?"

"It means exactly what it says. Your heart will guide you. Right now however I would have to say your stomach is guiding you."

"Huh?"

"You're stomach is growling," her mother explained.
