A Silver and Green Halloween
I do not own Harry Potter in any way.
Andrea enters the Slytherin common room.
If the Slytherin common room was normally creepy, then tonight it was extra creepy. Decked out in spider webs and bubbling cauldrons (that are probably filled with spiked punch).
The music is deafening and makes her pulse jump.
Her heels click through the fog that covers the floor, which is lit up by the strobe lights that decorated the room. Andrea walks over to one of the cauldrons to get a drink. She takes a sip and tips her head back as warmth floods her body.
Whoever had purchased the alcohol had gotten the good stuff and Andrea was certain that by the end of the night, she would be sloshed out of her mind.
Andrea's green eyes scans the room, trying to get a feel of the people in attendance.
Her eyes stop on Draco Malfoy, standing in the corner all by himself. She is shocked to not see Parkinson hanging off his arm.
It seemed Pansy was all over his best mate Blaise instead.
Unlike everyone else in the room, Draco wasn't wearing a Halloween costume.
Maybe it's because he thinks himself above the childish tradition or maybe it's because he's never celebrated Halloween (in the muggle sense) as a child.
Andrea's eyes meet his icy blue ones and a smirk forms on his lips.
In the darkness of the room, she hopes he can't see her blushing.
Her grip on her cup tightens and she stands up straighter, trying to make herself look like a true pureblood witch (despite only being a half blood). Andrea looks away for a second in embarrassment.
When she looks back, he's gone. She frowns and starts to make her way over to where he stood. She only gets halfway, when she is grabbed around the waist. She is acutely aware of warm breath fanning across the back of her neck.
A soft kiss is placed on her bare shoulder. Her eyes flutter shut as she nearly melts in his arms.
Draco chuckles darkly, the sound sending shivers down Andrea's spine. He smells like cinnamon and leather. He smells dark and dangerous.
The complete opposite of her.
He says nothing as he leads out of the common room and down the corridor of the hallway.
Andrea is suddenly slammed up against the cold bricks. She shivers at the cold contrast of the wall and the temperature of her body.
When he kisses her, his lips taste like the firewhiskey in the punch, only stronger.
Her hands tangle in his delicate white blonde hair. She tries to press her body closer into hers, but he stops her with his hands on her hips.
"Easy love, we're just getting started", he tells her.
She opens her mouth to protest, but stops when his lips meet the base of her neck. She gasps and tilts her head back, offering him more of her throat to him. Andrea wonders what someone would think if they saw them right now.
Draco Malfoy, the Slytherin Prince pressed up against a no name Hufflepuff.
Andrea is snapped out of her thoughts when Draco sinks his teeth into her collarbone. She moans loudly, not caring who hears.
Suddenly, there are footsteps in the hallway.
"What was that?" she hears.
Draco and her freeze for a moment.
"It was probably just one of the ghosts", another voice says.
"G-g-ghosts?"
"Yeah. Hogwarts has tons of them, but don't worry, they're usually very nice".
"I don't care. Let's get out of here".
They hear footsteps running in the opposite direction of them and they let out a breath.
"That was close", Andrea says.
"Yeah. Maybe we should go somewhere moreā¦private?" Draco asks.
Andrea blushes and says, "What did you have in mind?"
Draco once again says nothing as he leads her up several flights of stairs to the 7th floor.
