The Senkai gate opened up in the night sky, a gash in reality giving us a glimpse of the darkness beyond. A lone figure in white peered out in this clear night, and from the dimensional door, the sky seemed like a sea, and the town submerged below.
"Ah Karakura town…What a beautiful Mystery you are." he pondered.
Fate and Destiny have a way of playing games with the lives of Humans, especially those souls that call Karakura Town their home it seemed. Terrible wars have been fought in this ignorable Japanese seaside province, the entire city's existence at stake in quite a few. The town also played host to a number of supernatural anomalies quite frequently. But through every occurrence, she survived, only to be reborn to its idyllic state. It all made sense to him now, why everything was drawn here, just as he was. But to the naked eye, it was just another expanse of concrete and tar, for humans scurrying about their monotonous tasks. It felt like he was peering into the inner workings of a dimly lit ant hill.
"Humans, what a useless world full of useless bugs…" he surmised.
He wondered whether the soul king felt the same, looking down on the many dimensions under his dominion just like he did, as he looked down on Karakura town. But then again he chose this town to hide it. Perhaps if they have a chance to talk as he destroys the Supreme Being, he really should inquire as to why he would do such a thing. But first he needed to find it, or...He yet again considered burning this town and its 10,000 souls and creating the king's key just as Soul Society anticipates him to. But as always, he'll lead them on to it, with the real plan in the wings.
"Kyutensasu…" he mused.
"You have two days. Find it Kaname…" he says almost in passing, finally acknowledging the silent presence next to him. "…and If you are Interfered with, kill them".
"Yes, Aizen-sama" Kaname Tosen offered with a brief bow, and speed stepped into the town as the Senkai gate closed behind him.
