Hi, everyone.

today is the unification day of Italy and Romano, what a happy day.

happy birthday, my dears.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to Italy and Romano…"

The party was held in the Italian's house. Spain and Japan were in charge of the decorations. Germany was in charge of organizing the house and baking the cake. France and China were in charge of cooking, and America, Russia and England of the presents.

Earlier the day, the Italy brothers had been sent to Austria house to pick their clothing for what they thought was a party for Spain's success in the cooking competition in England's house.

"They're coming in an hour, hurry up!" Germany shouted from the kitchen. Everyone were in panic, Japan quickly cut the emblems and flags of Italy, and Spain the Italian's pet pictures.

Austria in the morning had sent the anthem of the brothers and Hungary the painting of them. Germany finished decorating the cake and everyone else their duties.

"Alright," Germany stood next to the door, while the others took hide in the room. "They're coming in a minute, get ready."

A minute after...

The door flew open, revealing two figures in white suites. "Why is it so dark here?" Italy held Romano's arm. "Ve~ it's scary..."

"Then turn on the damn light, idiot." The lights flickered and everyone jumped, screaming 'SURPRISE' making the Italians to hold each other in horror.

"Chi-CHIGI! What was that for? You Bastards!"

"Ve~ I'm scared, weren't we supposed to have a party for big brother Spain?"

Germany and Spain stood on front of them, handing them a bouquet of flowers, "Happy birthday~"

Italy, still a little bit shaken, took Germany's flowers and hugged him shyly, "Grazie, mio amico."

Romano, on the other hand, took Spain's flowers and dragged him outside the house, "G-grazie, stupid tomato bastard." He hugged Spain and withdrew back immediately, flushing.

Spain stood, shocked. "What's wrong with you, idiot?" Romano stepped back into the house, scowling. Spain smiled, no... Still the same, my cute tomato.

That night, the house was filled with presents, smiles, laughter, and Romano's growling. Later, when they went to bed, as Germany told them to, Italy turned to his brother.

"What?" Romano stared at him.

He giggled, "Ve~ I'm just happy, we have great friends, right?" Romano blushed, "I..." but then he smiled warmly, facing his younger brother, kissing him on the forehead, receiving giggles from him. "I guess we do, huh?"

Italy nuzzled him in the chest, smiling widely, "Happy birthday, fratello."

Romano hugged him back, "Happy birthday, mio stupido fratello."

Outside the window, grandpa Rome smiled at his cute grandsons, happy birthday mio caro nipoti.
