It was just another morning at the Order- Lenalee was busy running more mugs of coffee up to the science department to keep them all motivated to catch up on the work they'd begun to fall behind on once again. As soon as she was finished with that, she'd planned on helping a few of the others set up some holiday decorations. Not only just because December had just begun, but because doing something simple like that always helped lighten the mood around the place, even if only for a while. It never hurt to spread a little Christmas cheer, did it?

Her brother was asleep at his desk once again when she arrived, so she simply set the tray full of coffee filled mugs on his desk, earning her a few calls of "thanks" from the others in the room as they hurried over to grab their doses of caffeine. She responded with a small nod and smile before heading back to the main hall area to meet Lavi and Allen- and Kanda, who the others had somehow managed to convince to participate.

Lenalee hadn't been paying attention as she came around the corner, and she ended up bumping into a certain white-haired exorcist who was carrying so many boxes, there was no way he could have seen where he was going. A couple of the boxes tumbled to the floor, and Allen called out a startled apology, as he could finally see who it was that he'd bumped into. "Ah, Lenalee! I'm sorry!"

The girl bent down to pick up the boxes that had fallen, gathering a few of the things that had scattered around on the floor as they did. "Don't worry about it, Allen," she assured him, looking up at him with a smile as she picked up the last ornament that was on the floor. She placed it back in the box it had come from before stacking the two boxes together and picking them up to help Allen carry the decorations to their destination. "I'll help you carry so you can actually see, alright?" Lenalee offered with a small laugh.

As the two exorcists began to walk through the doorway to the dining hall, they were greeted by a familiar voice yelling, "Halt!" They both froze and looked over at Lavi, who was grinning rather widely. He pointed to an object above the two of them, so they looked up- there, hanging just above them, was a mistletoe. "I made sure it was the first thing we put up," the red head told them rather proudly. He then arched an eyebrow at them. "Well?"

Allen and Lenalee looked at each other, a pink blush dusting the both of their cheeks as they realized what they were expected to do now. The boy stayed nearly frozen, not knowing if he should go through with the silly tradition or not. Then, Lenalee swiftly leaned closer to him and gave him a small peck on the lips, the motion making the last ornament she'd picked up just moments earlier fall back out of the box and onto the floor with a soft tink.
