A Very Shoey Christmas

It all started on the night before christmas. The winter in LA that year was horrific. Joey had just gone over to Shane's house not knowing what could come of that truly amazing evening...

Shane got dressed into his finest clothes, and put on his only pair of underwear which didn't have many holes in it(which were mostly caused by Joey's teeth). He then told Lisa to get dressed into her suit, as he was going to use her as a servant for him and Joey. Speaking of Joey, he was in Shane's living room waiting for him to be ready. Oh this'll be weird Joey thought, remembering the kiss and the time they both said 'I love you' and 'I want to be with you, forever' He wondered if Shane meant that, he wondered if they were in a true relationship... although it was difficult, Joey decided to let that slip from his mind for the night. "Okay Joey, how do I look?" Joey turned his head on the couch to find a very smart looking Shane. He was wearing a grey shirt with a black blazer on top, and black jeans with black shoes. "Wow," Joey sighed "sorry I haven't dressed up" Joey was wearing shorts that came down to his knees and a colourful tank. "I still love it when you wear that stuff" Shane said with a smile. does that mean you love me? Joey started thinking again, he tried to get the thoughts out of his head, but it was still hard. Joey then realised he had been silent for a while now. "Umm, so i made dinner, well the servant did." Shane informed, he still had that stupid smile on his face. "Oh that's great! I didn't expect dinner, thank you Shane." Joey kind of whispered. "It's no problem, I was hoping we could talk during?" asked Shane, not even bothering to even glance at Lisa, who was slaving away in the kitchen. "Of course," Joey replied "I'd love to talk about things."Both knew what the talk was about, what they didn't know was how to bring it up. "Well let's go then" Shane pointed to the round table with a red cloth over it; sat on top was a tall glass of champagne for Joey, and a tall glass of Orange juice for Shane, as he didn't drink alcohol. Joey sat down at his seat and took a sip of his champagne. "So," Shane went on "I think you know what i want to talk about..." "The kiss?" Joey asked, not knowing why he even asked as he knew he was right. "Yes, the kiss Joey. I think we have to explain ourselves as to what the kiss actually was" "a dare." Joey replied, he was so stupid, the dare was just an excuse for Shane to kiss Joey, and they both knew that. "Yeah..." Shane awkwardly mumbled "A dare." Joey decided he had to stop lying and maybe tell him the truth for once."Okay Shane. Let's stop, let's be honest to each other, that's kinda what we need, just to clear our heads." What Shane said next WAS a complete lie, he couldn't even look at Joey while saying it."I've been telling the tr-" Shane was cut off by shock as he noticed Joey get down on one knee with a gold ring pinched between two fingers, and flowers his free hand. "Will you marry me, Shane?"
