"Okay, Korra this shouldn't be too difficult. A few more rounds and you'll have it."

"I can't believe I let you talk me into this." Korra shook her head with a slightly worried expression.

"You never know when this type of situation may come up. Just take it slow. Put your hand here." Korra fumbled around until she felt Asami's guiding hand maneuvering her own into the correct position. "Now just go." Korra did exactly as Asami said, making Asami hum in approval.

"Yes, perfect. Try to get a feel for it. Nice and easy." Korra repeated the maneuver, getting more comfortable as she practiced. "That's it, now—whoa, watch it!"

"Sorry Asami, my hand slipped!"

"Jeez, this is valuable merchandise. Ease up on it." Asami harrumphed as she gathered her wits, allowing Korra to restart her lesson. Hesitantly, Korra grasped the nub a second time, quickly learning how to best manipulate it with her hand. Asami grinned, glad to see her friend was enjoying herself. "Fun, isn't it?"

"Yeah, kind of gives you a sense of power. I wish we'd started doing this earlier!" Korra said excitedly.

"Wait until we get over to Bah Sing Se. They have areas where there won't be anyone around for miles. Then we can take it all the way."

"Seriously?! Uh—I mean, we're not going too fast, or anything? I don't want to mess up-"

"It's no big deal, Korra. I've been doing this for a long time, I assure you your in good hands." Korra grinned, feeling at ease in her presence as she worked her hand at the nub again. "Your first time out can be kind of rocky, but once you get the rhythm down and everything clicks? There's no greater feeling in the world. Don't worry, when I think you're ready, I'll let you know. It'll happen sometime on this trip."

"Thanks Asami." Korra said, craning her neck in an awkward fashion to keep and eye on what she was doing and to relay how appreciative she was with her eyes.

"I told you, someone has to teach you how to drive—Hey! Easy on the clutch!"

"Sorry!"
