Chloe Bourgeois, queen of mean and excessively blond hair, watched through tainted sunglasses as her main rival, Marinette Cheng, awkwardly spoke with her future husband, Adrien Agreste.
It was enough torture that she tried to steal her dream of becoming a famous designer. But now, she wanted to steal away her crush, as if it were hers in the first place. She cringed as she watched her giggle at every sentence the blond angel uttered. She winced as she saw Marinette try to keep her composure, catching herself in little flails and jumps. Worst of all, she saw the smile lurking in the corners of his mouth, proving that he was enjoying their conversation. Enjoying Marinette's company, no less. Chloe gritted her teeth in pure anger, she too trying to gain composure but it wasn't working.
God. She wanted to rip off both of Marinette's ugly blue hue pigtails.
And yet, Chloe's own mouth curved into a smirk. She had an idea. Someway to get Marinette on her team and on her side. Someway to, when the time came, humiliate her in front of everyone: Paris's citizens, Alya, their classmates, the Mayor (otherwise known as Chloe's adorning father), ladybug and chat noir even, wherever they are. She'd probably get so embarrassed that she'll have to move to a new town. Or even better, a new country. But that was a little too extreme, wasn't it? Even for someone like her, the Queen of Mean.
Ah, yes, as you can see from the first paragraph, even perfect pretty girls have problems. Like that song, Me Inside Of Me, from that entertaining musical Heathers. The musical stopped its run, which was a shame because she really wanted to see it. She loved how well she connected to Heather Chandler. They were like, the same person.
Anywho, Chloe deals with issues everyday, which is hard to believe for the average girl who, by the way, is way beneath her. She runs out of conditioner, has bad hair days, and her makeup smudged. Once.
Nevertheless, someone like Marinette could get a little taste of Chloe's friendship. Just for a day.
Then, it could spiral down from there. All the way down to hell.
All she has to do is say hi.
