Mario sneezed loudly as he wasn't feeling so good. "...Sheesh, I should stop having adventures around this time."
"No kidding. You're wasting your life away." A Nurse Toad said, the red colored mushroom woman checking out some documented things on a piece of paper.
Mario groaned as he was in bed, having caught a sickness after going through some kingdoms he had not been at in a while. Obviously he was in dire need of rest, but he needed someone to fill in for him. And being within the general Mushroom Kingdom hospital was clearly not doing him any favors...
"Mamma mia... just who is going to replace me for this adventure?" Mario asked as he sneezed again.
Dry Bowser was grilling some burgers nearby as he was feeding the local enemies wandering around the plains, when he heard his cellphone go off, making him sigh as he reached into his charcoal shell to answer it.
"Hello?" Dry Bowser spoke up as he heard a familiar voice on the other line. "Oh, what is it this time plumber boy?"
Paratroopa and Hammer Brother were both munching on burgers as they looked at each other, wondering why Dry Bowser would be taking a call from an annoying plumber.
"Man can't that Mario guy just leave anyone alone?" Paratroopa said as he flapped his wings.
"No, he has to be in everyone's business!" Hammer Bro snapped as he chucked hammers in the air due to it being his nature.
"Can you keep it down?" Dry Bowser spoke up as he nodded to the voice on the other side of the phoneline, murmuring as he squinted his eyes. "Oh, so that's what he wants... well if it means he'll leave me alone for the next month."
Paratroopa and Hammer Bro were curious as to why Dry Bowser turned off the grill, with the two Koopas exchanging glances as they decided to follow the skeletal reptile.
"Wait, where are you going?" Paratroopa said as he had his white wings flutter.
"Yeah, you don't need to be in a rush." Hammer Bro added while juggling some hammers.
Dry Bowser turned to the two turtles. "This is simply to get him out of my shell so I can go back to enjoying my day."
