Hey peoples! This is a one-time shot first songfic attempt. Just another chance to prove my never-dying belief that a ranch girl and hero of time are meant for each other ^-^ This is for Avril Lavigne's skater boy, of course, and going out to my favorite couple. And yes, I know, not much of it is changed, most of it doesn't rhyme, and it's not very good all in all, but it's the message that counts people!

Disclaimer: I neither own Zelda or Skater Boy by Avril Lavigne.

He was a boy, she was a girl

Can I make it more obvious?

He was common, she a princess

What more can I say?

He wanted her, she'd never tell,

But secretly she wanted him as well

But he was not noble,

And she wouldn't admit,

That boy would not fit.

He was a common boy she said see you later boy

He wasn't good enough for her.

She had a pretty face but her head was up in space,

She needed to come back down to Earth.

A few years from now, she sits at home,

Being a Queen, she's all alone.

She gets a message, that boy is engaged,

And he is the hero of time.

She needs to know, who is the girl,

"That boy was s'posed to be mine".

She goes to see, who could it be,

"That boy picked a Ranch girl over me!"

He was a common boy she said see you later boy

He wasn't good enough for her

Now he's a heroic type

Not a common stereotype,

Does your pretty face see what he's worth?

Sorry girl but you missed out

Well tough luck the hero's mine now

We are more then just good friends

And this is how the story ends

Too bad that you couldn't see

See the hero that man would be

There is more then meets the eye

I see the man that lies inside.

I'm with the common boy I said see you later boy

I'll be at the ranch when you get home

I'll be at the house we built, singing the song we wrote

About the girl you used to know

I'm with the common boy I said see you later boy

I'll be at the ranch when you get home

I'll be at the house we built, singing the song we wrote

About the girl you used to know

Hee hee hee!! Okies, please r+r!! And if you flame, I'll sick my secret agents on you! (I wouldn't risk it, they're pretty vicious)
