Everything was swimming around him. He couldn't concentrate whatsoever. Voices shouted and screamed. What was he doing again? Who was he? Where was he?

A sharp pain shot out from the back of his head, and his hands shot up to apply preasure. He felt something warm and brought his hands back. Blood had poured down from his head down his neck, and stained his shirt.

Right. He was wearing clothes. A japanese student uniform to be exact. He was in middle school, and was invested in... something. His interests lied with something about quirks and their owners... Heroes! He was invested in heroes! He kept notes of them, and was even writing one when-

"...Kacchan?" Green, unfocused orbs looked around. The sludge villain. All Might. Kacchan. His eyes widdened slightly, and regained some focus as he caught sight of a large pile of living sludge. Kacchan, Katsuki Bakugou, was his childhood friend, and tormentor. Why did he hold her in such a regard then? Why even consider her his only friend?

"How are you still alive!?" He shook his head and looked up, the sludge villain glaring down at him. "Aw, who cares!? Once I'm done with this little brat, I'm out of here!"

Green orbs went wide as they caught sight of fire red ones. Katsuki was still trapped in there. Why was nobody helping her? Why where they jusy letting r die!?

He clenched his fists, and a ringing in his skull began. Katsuki went wide eyed, and struggled even more against her slimy prison. A new desperation filled her eyes, not for her own safety, but for something else. She had to speak to him. She had to let him hear her voice.

Slowly, the injured boy stood, and the ringing grew louder and louder. Katsuki pushed harder against the slime. A single spark rage lit a fire inside the boy, just as Katsuki managed to free her face.

"IZUKU DON'T-!!" A primal scream rang throughout the alley, and both heroes and civilians froze. Blood exploded from Izuku's fists, and six bright metal blades shot out from in between his knuckles. A white film covered his eyes, making them seem as if they were glowing, and he settled his eyes on the pile of slime that held his Kacchan.

Without thinking twice, Izuku jumped at the villain with speed that hadn't existed before, clawed hands raised. Everything didn't matter after that. He tore away at whatever was thrown at him, and ripped away at what wasn't. He felt his arms embrace his Kacchan, and tore her out of the vile prison, just as a shock of wind struck. Everything went black after that.

Faintly, he could hear and feel things. Needles poking into him, and voices speakins if he weren't there.

"Hm... Project Logan shall begin shortly. Make sure he can take it."

What were they talking about? What was project Logan? He stopped asking questions when a fire errupted in his very bones. The pain was too much, and it hurt even more to move. It felt as if molten magma was being poured right onto his bones, and he couldn't stop it.Suddenly, a calm deep voice came to him, and all the pain stopped.

You're safe now. Everything will he alright, Izuku." Heavy green eyes opened a much as they could, catching sight of a black helmet sitting atop a black suit. Who was this man? "Let's take you back to your mother."

His mother. He had a mother too. How could he forget that? She would be so worried about him and start asking where he was, what took him so long, and-

Wait, where was he?

Izuku's eyes shot open and he gasped for breath, shooting up into a sitting position. His senses stung him, with his ears overwhelmed by the sounds coming from the door, and the overwhelming stench of hospitals invading his nose. At least he knew where he was.

Calming down, he looked down at his lap, his breath becoming shaky as he saw the six large blades sticking out from the inside of his hands. Considerable damage had been done by them to the sheets covering his lower half, but there seemed to be nothing else. Only the smallest of stings could be felt by him, and it came from his fists.

He stared long and hard at the blades, hypnotised by them. They came from inside him. His breathing increased, and the heart monitor began to beep quicker. What was happening to him? Why did he have these things inside his body!?

The door opened, catching the panicked boy's attention. Katsuki stood at the door, both her mother and his stood there. His eyes locked with Katsuki's and tears began forming once again.

"K-Kacchan."

"Izuku!" She ran to him and grabbed his hands. making sure not to cut herself. He began sobbing and hyperventilating.

"Wh-what's happening to me!? Why do I have these!? K-KACCHAN PLEASE HELP ME!!" He sobbed as she embraced him, pulling him close and crying gently with him. But she pulled away and held his face in her hands, forehead pressed against his.

"I know you're scared right now, Izuku, but you need to relax. Please... just breathe..." He looked deep into her red eyes. A soothing feeling came from them, and he slowly began to relax. The sound of slow scrapping metal followed a strange sensation within his forearms, and soon the blades were gone. Izuku looked down at his knuckles, and was surprised to find that not a single drop of blood was left behind. The skin had healed over, and no scar was present.

Katsuki hugged him again, this time holding him to her chest as she ran her hands up and down his back. He returned the embrace, sighing as he once again fell asleep.
