Hi guys I am here with a new story. This is another story that focus on an Org 13 member. The first one was Axel's little shadow (which is about Axel of course) and then there was Demyx and the Water Nymph (It is a Demyx story) and now we have a story for Saix. Please read and enjoy.

March 2019 I have completely rewritten this chapter

Ch.1

The day had started like any other; boring and dull. Saïx sat on one of the couches in the Grey Room as he looked out at the empty sky of the World that Never Was. He crossed his legs as he closed his eyes in thought. There wasn't much else for him to do for the rest of the day as he had already finished filing his paperwork for Xemnas. None of it was very hard of course, even though it had been only a few years since joining the Organization.

Everyone else had already returned back and gone off to do other things around the castle, but Saïx didn't know what he wanted to do. It was far too early to go to sleep, and he didn't really feel like conversing with any of the other members, aside from Axel of course. But he figured the the redheaded man was either already sleeping or enjoying a pizza.

After thinking about it for a while, Saïx decided it would be best to just go out and stretch his legs for a while. He didn't want to just walk around the castle though. He felt like he needed some fresh air, so he opened up a dark corridor and stepped inside. He exited out into Twilight Town, not really for any reason, but mostly because it was the most peaceful place to take a walk.

He looked around to see that he was in the area of Twilight Town called the Sandlot. As soon as he exited the portal he started his walk, looking up at the forever setting sun above. Though just as he rounded the corner to the main area of the Sandlot, he ended up stopping dead in his tracks.

Someone was sitting on one of the benches, staring up at the sky. It was a young woman. She looked to be around the same age as Saïx was and she had vibrant, wavy, golden blonde hair with a few orange highlights. It flowed just a little shoulders. She had a fair complexion but it seemed she had a slight tan. She wore a simple grey tank top with yellow trim and dark blue shorts. Whomever she was, thought she was probably the most beautiful woman Saïx ever saw.

Saïx blinded as he just tried to think over what he just had thought. "Why… did I just think that? That shouldn't be something I would think.. Not as a Nobody anyways."

She sat there though, continuing to look up at the sky. From what Saïx could figure, she was lost in thought. Slowly though Saïx was becoming more curious about her and wanted to know why she was there. He took in a slow breath before walking closer to her.

She stopped looking at the sky and looked right at Saïx, revealing her brown colored eyes. And now that he was a bit closer, he could see that around her neck was a small, chained, necklace that had a sun in the center of it.

He tried to find his words as he looked at the woman before him. "Excuse me… Who are you?"

"Oh?" The woman asked as she tucked a little bit of hair behind her ear. "My name is Ane and… um. This may seem like a odd question, but do you live here in this town? I'm afraid I've made myself lost."

This raised Saïx's curiosity a bit. "What do you mean by that?"

"Well… I woke up in this place, but I don't remember how I got here. I last remember being in my home… and then I don't know what happened next, but then I woke up here."

Saïx immediately put the pieces together. It was known that if a Nobody was created, they would most likely end up in Twilight Town. It was because Twilight Town was a unique and strange world that pretty much was stuck in between, hence why the sun never set. And since Nobodies were in between, it only made sense if they were to awaken here.

"I believe I can help you if you want," Saix suggested, his emotional tone unchanging. "Come with me… please." He then held out his hand to her, waiting for her response.

She leaned back slightly as she eyed him suspiciously. It sense of course to Saïx for her to react like that. He was just a stranger to her after all. "Wait," she finally said. "You haven't told me your name yet."

"My name is Saïx."

Ane gave a smile. "Nice to meet you." She then took his stand and stood up. "Though where would we be going?"

Saïx thought over his words carefully. Explaining Nobodies to someone was difficult, but he had to try his best. He could tell now that his young woman was a Nobody from all the factors he added up. And that meant they could have a new member to the Organization. But first the important explanations were needed.

"A place that can help you," Saïx replied at first.

"Help me? What do you mean?"

Saïx took in a depth breath as he readily the full explanation. "It may sound strange what I am about to tell you, but please listen. From what I have gathered, you woke up in this world because you became a Nobody."

Ane took her hand away from Saïx and eyed him suspiciously, but he was quick to continue. "It is a term and I do not mean it as an insult. The term Nobody, with a capital N, is for those who have lost their heart to the Heartless or darkness."

"Lost my heart? I… I don't think I understand," Ane replied as she went to sit back down. She slowly ran a hand through her hand as she started to think over what she had just heard. But confusion and concern spread across her face.

"I know hearing it might sound a bit absurd, but that is the truth of it. Strong hearted people are able to keep their physical forms when becoming Nobodies, just like yourself and me."

"And so… I suspect the place you want to take me to, has others… l-like us?" Ane asked quietly, almost sounding nervous over the truth of the matter.

"Yes that is correct. There is a Organization of Nobodies, and our goal it to be re-complete and gain hearts back," Saïx explained. "Now, do you wish to come with? I would hate to see you out here alone with no place to go."

Ane glanced back up at Saix and stared at him. As she did, Saïx couldn't help but look back at her deep brown eyes. There was something that made Saïx wonder about her. Her eyes… he almost was sure if he had a heart… he would have felt captivated. Yet even without a heart right then and there, he couldn't stop staring.

"All right, I'll go. But you better be telling the truth about all this," Ane said as she stood back up.

"I promise that I only want to help," Saïx replied softly.

Ane nodded at him, and then she followed with a small smile. "Okay then Saïx. Lead the way.

Saix didn't smile back at her, but he nodded back and motioned for her to follow. As they walked back towards where the dark corridor was, Saïx couldn't help but glance at Ane. He still couldn't figure out why he wanted to. He was a Nobody. Nobodies did not have emotions or feelings. They only had memories of those things. But yet Saïx never recalled really ever feeling curious towards a woman. Then again there was no females currently in the Organization. There was only eight members total, but they were all still out on the lookout for new members.

Now Saïx had found someone who could join their ranks. Not only that, but it would give Saïx more time to find out about her. He still couldn't understand why, but he still found himself to be very curious about this woman.

And that is the first chapter! Please leave a review if you want, telling me what you thought.
