Chapter 1 - Realisation

It was time to leave the jungle. Stacy Solomon had been crowned queen of the jungle, all the celebrity's were on their way to the airport, the crew had all gone till next year, just leaving Ant and Dec alone in the jungle. Their transport was late, this had never happened before in the jungle. Bruce, who drives the bus to the airport, was never late. This was worrying and after a couple more hours Ant looked towards Dec with a frightened look on his face "looks like we'll have to camp out for the night. It's getting late now. Bruce is never late. Something must have happened." Then the fear really set in. They had never been camping before, let alone with no food.

After a look around the set, which didn't turn out to be the best place to spend the night with no supplies, they decided that the best place to be was the campsite as that was the nearest to a water source and was a much better place for a fire which would be vital. When they realised where they had to go they looked around the set and found two sleeping bags and three small bottles of water, not even enough for the first day.

When they got to the campsite it dawned on them. They were alone in the jungle, even though they had been here so many times before, they had never been here alone and had no idea how to survive alone with nobody there to keep the local wildlife away from them. Stunned by the immense challenge that lay before then Ant and Dec just looked at each other, Dec looking most worried just said "what are we gonna do? I mean I've no idea how to survive and I doubt you're gonna know much." Ant answered back, a little offended "i know I'm no survivalist but you don't need to say it like that." It hadn't even been a day yet and already Ant and Dec were getting like the celebrity's they watch in the same camp every year. Now only time would tell how long they would be stranded in the jungle. All they knew was that the best thing they could do was just wait in the jungle for someone to come for them, and they had a tough night ahead.
