Summary: after the death of Sarah-Jane Sky doesn't know what's going to happen anymore, lucky she has her big brother to make it all okay.
Luke POV
Sky and I were driving back to our home. Sky hadn't said a word after mum's funeral. She's never this quiet even when she's sad, well so I've heard. I haven't exactly been the best big brother being at uni most of the time.
She ran straight to her room crying. I thought about running after her but let it go. She needed her space as did I.
She hadn't come out in over two hours. Not for a drink or food. I was really starting to get worried and I had a feeling science couldn't help me with this. It was an emotion I hardly experienced. Not for a while anyway.
Gently I knocked the door. I could hear her cries. It ripped my heart out, I pressed against the door while pulling the handle.
"Sky?" I entered the room to find sky laying on her bed face down crying. I sat next to her and stroked her hair. "Sky, it's going to be okay. We'll get through this" she lifted her head, her hair sticking to her bright red face.
"W-what w-will 'appen to mee?"she sobbed, I felt my face scrunch up in confusion.
"What do you mean?" she dried her eyes and took a deep breath.
"I'll have to leave; I can't stay here on my own?"
"What makes you think you'll be on your own?" She looked up to me with her big brown eyes.
"You'll be at Uni, so where will I go?" I sighed, I'd already thought about it. Uni or my sister. Its wasn't a hard decision and I'd already talked to Mr Smith my plan, It's time to tell her.
"Sky, I'm … Not going back to Uni"
"What?"
"I'm not leaving you Sky, I'll go back when you're old enough to stay here by yourself. Which won't be for a while. You're my sister sky and family comes first." She wrapped her arms around my sholders and hugged me as tight as she could. "I love you sky and never ever forget that"
"I love you too big brother"
Okay, HIaa. I know this isn't that good, but there isn't many stories with Luke and Sky so I had to do one. So I hoped you enjoyed!
