Blindfolded

Someone blindfolds me

They then force me to walk

I cannot see anything

I don't know if someone's in front of me

If someone is though, I don't know if they're my friend or not

They then force me onto a sidewalk

On this sidewalk there are holes

Fear enters my mind

Not knowing if I'm going to fall or not

I then fall

There is no way out

It takes me forever to find a way out

This isn't my fault, you know!

I walk on the same sidewalk again

I'm reminded about the holes

I try to be more careful

I try to control myself

I fall again

I'm in the same place again

This still isn't my fault!

It still takes me a while to get out

I walk again

I'm going to fall

I just know it

It's a habit, isn't it?

Fall and fall

Over again and again

There is no way out of this

Then someone removes the blindfold

It's him

His smiling face

And his invisible friend

He reaches for my hand and walks with me

We walk down the sidewalk again

There are holes in the sidewalk

We walk around it

A/N: (MokonaM.:) Alright! I'll admit it! I was inspired By Fan Fan Girl. Also the poem There's a Hole in My Sidewalk by Portia Nelson. I do not own There's a Hole in My Sidewalk.
