Hinata sat at the table in the restaurant where she was currently waiting for a certain blonde jonin "I hope he didn't forget about tonight" Hinata thought worryingly while she was figiting with the silverware in front of her. earlier that morning Naruto asked Hinata if she wanted to go to dinnerso they planned a place and made reservations so thay could enjoy there dinner. she keeps looking at the clock on the wall hoping it wasn't so late that she would be kicked out. Just as she was about to leave she herd a shuffling sound and looked behind her. Standing there was a flustered looking naruto. "sorry I'm late plz forgive me Hinata it took forever to get it" he said in a rather shuffled voice "what is the 'it' he's talking about" she thought with mild curiosity. Naruto apologized four more times be for Hinata convinced him to sit down. As that ate Naruto and Hinata talked about recent missions they have been on. At the end of the meal the check came and Naruto insisted that he pays despite Hinata's protests. After Thay left the restaurant Naruto walked Hinata home. then Hinata became thoroughly confused when Naruto stoped in the middle of the streat. "what are you doing naruto?" Naruto started digging through his pockets only to pull out a rectangular box "Hinata I know this isn't a good enough excuse for being late but hear I got you something" he said as he handed Hinata the mystery box. As she opened it her eyes started to fill up with happiness for inside was a beautiful silver necklaces with the a gold heart with ' love you ' etched Into it "I hope you like it I know it's not the most extravagant gift but--" he was cut off by Hinata tackling him with a hug "thank you Naruto I love it!!! and I love you too!!!". they stood there for a while shearing a hug after a bit they broke apart and had a quick kiss "ok see you tomorrow hinata" "see you tomorrow Naruto"
