"But we've got to save Will." Shouted Elizabeth

"No you're safe now we will return to Port Royal not go chasing after pirates." Said Governor Swann

"Then we've condemned him to death." Said Elizabeth

"The boy's fate is regrettable but so is his destion into engaging piracy." Said Governor Swann

"To rescue me to prevent anything from happening to me." Said Elizabeth

"If I may be so bold as to inject my professional opinion. The Pearl was listing near to scuppers after the battle. It's very unlikely she'll be able to make good time. Think about it. The Black Pearl. The last real pirate threat in the Caribbean, mate. How can you pass that up?" asked Jack

"By remembering that I serve others mister Sparrow not only my self" said Norrington he started walking off but Elizabeth stopped him.

"Commodore please, please I'm begging you do this for me?" asked Elizabeth

"I'm sorry Miss Swann but I am bounded by the law as are we all. So I can not go after William Turner he has made a mistake. Men please take Mr. Sparrow to the brig." Said Norrington as his men dragged Sparrow away.

"Fine but don't expect me to marry you Commodore" said Elizabeth coldly as she ran into her room, sobbing.

"Are you sure we made the right choice?' asked Governor Swann

"Governor you and I both know that this is the right choice Elizabeth will just have to live with it." Said Norrington

"Well Elizabeth will have to marry you anyhow." Said Governor Swann

"Yes we will speak with her when we get home for the wedding plans." Said Norrington

A couple of days as gone by and Jack as been in his cell for quite a while. One day Elizabeth went down there but she got stopped by the guard.

"I'm sorry Miss Swann but I am not to allow you to go in." he said

"My father sent me down here." Said Elizabeth

"I do not believe it." Said the guard

Then Elizabeth pulled out some bread to show to the guard.

"I am sent down here to give one of the prisoners some food." Said Elizabeth

"Why is that we do that around here." Said the man

"This prisoner is vary important to my father if you don't let me in I'll my father hang you from the noose." Threatened Elizabeth

"Vary well go in." said the man Elizabeth bowed in thanks and went into the gallows.

"Jack? Jack are you in here?" asked Elizabeth

"Luv is that ye what are you doing here?" asked Jack

"I've come to try and get you out of here I'll do the best I can but in the mean time I got you some food." Said Elizabeth she handed Jack the food he ate some.

"Thank ye luv I never knew you had it in ye." Said Jack

"Never judge a book by its cover Jack." Said Elizabeth

"Right. Have ye heard any news about the whelp?" asked Jack

"No I hope he's alright." Said Elizabeth

"Aye I'm sure he is." Said Jack

"Jack if I let you out of here will you help me find Will?" asked Elizabeth

"That's the same deal me and young bootstrap made ta' ye back ya know." Said Jack

"Jack what is wrong with you?" asked Elizabeth. Jack isn't being him self usually he will always take an offer.

"What's the point lass? My Pearl is gone, and ye can't get me out of here so why are ye even offering?" asked Jack

"Jack we have to save Will my father won't so you're my only hope what's it going to be?' asked Elizabeth

"Just wait until tomorrow." Said Jack

"But tomorrow you'll be hung!!" yelled Elizabeth

"Exactly."
