Bella POV
*Flashback*
Edward told me to meet him at his place. When I got there, I saw sheets over their furniture and there were cardboard boxes everywhere. "Bella we are leaving." Edward said." Okay but I need to go missing or Charlie woul-" Edward had cut me off "No Bella, not you. You were just a toy to us and I found someone else. You are just an, ugly, pathetic little human. Goodbye forever." He used his vampire speed and took off. I crumpled into a ball and cried for two hours until I drove back home before Charlie suspected anything.
*End Flashback*
When I got home, Charlie was angry. I told him that i took a walk in the woods and had got lost. we ate dinner in silence. The next day when he had gone to work, I thought of a great solution. I typed a fake acceptance letter to a college in Italy. When Charlie got home, i showed him the letter. "Wow Bells! I'll let you go so you can have some fun in Italy. Promise to call every day though." he said " Okay dad, I promise". After a week he drove me to the airport. I hugged him and I knew that this was the last time I would see him. I was going to Volterra, Italy. to the Volturi. To my death.
