Call for Action

Me/Bear's POV

"What a long day," I sighed. He put his bag on the floor. His cat Sappho purred. I petted her and watched as she curled up. I pulled out my folder to take care of my homework. As I finished my math pulled out the book I was reading, Mockingjay. I read a couple chapters and pulled out Sign of the Moon. I ripped out a piece of paper to work on my fake clan. What about apprentices? I thought I had Breezepaw, Coldpaw, Coughpaw, and Flakepaw. I really wanted a fifth though. Pull it together Gabriel you should know! I slapped my head and thought. Rippaw, no. Fishpaw, nu-uh. Bearpaw? I wondered at this. Bearpaw it is! I wrote this down and went to . I read a story about a girl who turned into a cat. I thought it was cool. I shut down my computer, and went to bed. Spring break, finally, was my last thought before it turned weird.

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. I opened my eyes. "What in the name of cat litter!" I screamed. My hands were small and rounded with five fingers. And they were furry! I turned over and felt fur brush me. My cat Sappho lay on the ground. "Sappho!" I hissed. Hissed?

"What!" she screamed. "What happened?" she asked. "You're a cat?"

"You're kidding right?" I said. I looked down. I had gray fur and brown paws.

A small group of cats surrounded us before I could reply.

"Who are you?" a gray tom asked. His white paw was raised ready to slash. Wolfclaw? What was he doing here? We were in IceClan.

"Are you going to reply?" Wolfclaw growled.

"She's Breeze and I'm Bear," I stammered.

"Come with me," he growled. Me and Sappho/Breeze were surrounded. Hollyear, Coldpaw and Fuzzypelt. I remembered.

We walked into IceClan camp. Wait what is this? A broken train drove through the camp with a fine layer of snow and frost covered the metal. Cliffs surrounded the train. Cats peeked through smashed glass windows. A cat stood on the cliff, watching. A second cat, white with a gray paws and tail. Blizzardstar! I gasped. No way.

Breeze gasped. "Were in IceClan." She whispered. I nodded. We were in IceClan.
