When a child is oppressed by an adult who want him or her to their vegetables, when cruel teachers around the world assign their students extra homework, when there is a helpless pair of children who are sent to their room, the Kids Next Door are always there to protect them. An organization made up entirely of kids, the KND specialize in battling adult tyranny worldwide. Divided into Sectors, the KND patrol different parts of the world. One notable Sector is the treehouse of Sector V and it's five operatives. Abigail Lincoln: a.k.a. Numbah 5. Wallabee Beetles: a.k.a. Numbuh 4. Kuki Sanban: a.k.a. Numbuh 3. Hoagie P. Gilligan Jr.: a.k.a. Numbuh 2. And of course their leader, Nigel Uno: a.k.a. Numbuh 1. United, this particular group of operatives have continuously pulled off some impossible feats. But their group was not meant to last after one fateful and final mission involving a scavenger hunt. Numbuh 1 emerged the winner and was awarded with the opportunity to join the mysterious Galactic Kids Next Door. Of course, this would mean that he would have to abandon his old team. By the time he left, things had changed. Numbuh 5 was appointed the new leader of the KND after Numbuh 362 stepped down. Everything was going their way from now on. . . . .or at least they would've. What nobody new was the events that happened before Numnuh 5 became leader and after Numbuh 1 took off into space. This is the story of the Kids Next Door's most dangerous mission ever. And it might be their last.
