The city of Townsville! Once a bustling metropolis plagued by evil and wrong-doing. Now it is a bustling metropolis of peace and harmony thanks to three special little girls and the one who created them, by accident I might add. Professor Utonium, while working in his lab to create the perfect little girl was pushed by his own lab monkey and accidentally caused a large portion of a special chemical called Chemical X to pour into the concoction. And out from the explosion, three little girls with super powers, Blossom; the smart one, Bubbles; the cute one, and Buttercup; the tough one were born. With their powers, they have saved Townsville many times from all sorts of baddies including The Gangreen Gang, Fuzzy Lumpkin's, and Him. But their arch enemy is the all powerful Mojo Jojo who was once the monkey in the Professors lab who accidentally helped create the girls. Now he makes it his primary mission to uncreate them. And it seems he has a brand new diabolical plan to do it.
