Lacy and Mitchell were close. So close, that when Mitchell found out that Travis Stoll had asked Katie Gardner out, that he told Lacy himself, before anyone else. It was quite an honor to be told first, it showed great respect and admiration among Aphrodite cabin. Plus, there was the added bonus of knowing what was going on when one of the Aphrodite campers stood up in the middle of dinner to make an announcement about the new couple.
Lacy remembered this when she found out about Lou Ellen from Hecate and an Ares boy named Charlie, and immediately rushed to find her favorite half- brother. She skidded around a tight corner and immediately stopped, almost falling on her face, but stopping herself with sheer willpower. She was not going to get mud in her new, gorgeous, brown suede, miniskirt, complete with fringe.
With the crisis averted by her awesome Aphrodite powers, Lacy could focus her attention on the kissing couple in front of her. She couldn't help herself.
"Yay Jasper!"
Piper and Jason broke apart and scrambled back, looking around frantically, as Lacy covered her mouth, half with joy, half with frustration at her natural sense of EEK-ness when ever she saw a cute couple. She quickly got over it.
" Piper! Jason! Ooooooohhhhh!" Lacy squealed, pointing at Jason and then Piper as they stood a deliberate distance from each other, with Piper blushing and Jason stammering.
"Wait till I tell Mitchell! He'll be so happy that Jasper is official again!" Piper and Jason tried to stop her, but Lacy was already off, around the corner, pushing her wild, curly hair out of her face, filled to the brim with juicy gossip.
This was a random one shot idea I got. I was thinking about Lacy and Jasper and I felt in the mood to write them. Lacy especially. She's my favorite and I feel like not a lot of people write or remember her. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this!
