Hey guys. Sorry for the mix up. I named 2 documents with the same title and got confused. Just wanted to get this itty bitty, tiny winy, teeny weeny, itsy bitsy oneshot out of my head. I looked at Ice Age 1, and thought to myself. 'what was Nadia thinking when she jumped over that waterfall.' So I just had to do a oneshot about this.

I was sleeping nice and peacefully in my tent. I didn't expect that a saber was larking around in my tent. But as I slept, I censed that something wasn't right. My eyes snapped opened at the sound of soft growling. It was a saber, and he was heading for my baby. My baby. That's what really woke me up. I grabed a cclub that was in the corner of the tent. I hit the saber on the head with the club. That's when I realized my mate wasn't in the tent. I heard growling coming from the outside. Sabers were attacking our camp. I grabbed my baby and ran. I had to protect him. I ran from the sabers that were attacking my tribe. I looked back and saw my mate fighting two other sabers. As I looked at him, I saw the same saber that had made his way into my tent. The only thing different about him was, he wasn't fighting with his pack. But running after me! I felt my child stir. I had to protect hm. I turned around and ran for my life. but honestly, I didn't care if I died. As long as my baby was safe. I ran around a corner, but the saber was right there. He grabbed for my baby, but I backed away swiftly. He only grabbed the necklace. I was fine with that. As long as my baby was alright. I ran down a hill, but the saber was still following. I ran faster then I had ever ran before. I soon found myself blocked between a waterfall drop, and the saber. The saber advanced. I backed away. At that moment, I saw my life flash right before my eyes. Now what? I looked back at the waterfall, then the saber. There was only one escape. I pressed my baby's face to my chest. I turned swiftly, and jumped into the water. A sixty foot drop that should've killed me. I curled up into a ball, holding my child as tight as I could. The only thing that I could be grateful right now, what that he was sleep. As we neared the bottom, my head hit a sharp stone. My skull was fractured. But at least my child was safe. I know I was dying. I floated to the surface of the water. Holding on to a few rocks, I swam to the shoreline. I saw two animals standing there. I know they didn't eat humans. So if I was going to leave my child here, I rather leave him with them. I clung to the edge of the sure. I pushed my baby towards the mammoth and sloth. The baby almost rolled back into the water, but the mammoth wrapped his trunk around him. I looked into his eyes one last time. And right there, I knew that he had lost a family, and that I could trust him with my baby. I closed my eyes for the last time in my life. I was happy. My last thoughts were of my mate and son. And there, I died happy and calm. My life might've been cut short, but I was happier then I had ever been before. I died happy.

Okay guys. That's it. Hoped you guys enjoyed it there's no quotes because, I don't think humans back then, knew how to. I actually think this was pointless. But whatever. Tell me what you guys think.
