He listens dozily to Sam crossing the room in three long strides, stifles a sneeze in the cushions.
"Water spirits."
"Upstairs. Just put it here."
Heavy volumes brush against each other. Dean snuffles back a noseful.
"Wendigo."
"Bookcase in the kitchen."
Cannibal books where you cook? ...Really? The laugh goes wrong. He coughs until his hands shake.
Pressure against his bandage; a hand on his brow.
"He's hot, Bobby."
