Arizona's POV

"What do we got?" I yell as I run towards the ambulance bay.

"Soccer game gone wrong. That's all I know." Callie says.

She has the same worried look as I do. When he ambulance doors open and I see Mark, my fear comes to life.

"Peyton Robbins-Torres. 13 year old, female, got tripped at a soccer game and landed on her knee wrong" A paramedic says. Mark jumps out after him.

"Mark! What the hell happened?" Callie and I ask at the same time.

"Opposing team tripped her and fucked up her knee. I don't think it needs surgery but I will let Callie have the final call" We rush inside and get X-rays done.

While Callie and Mark are talking I decide to talk to Peyton. I know where she is when I see her bright orange cleats with neon orange laces. She smiles when she sees me.

"Hey mommy. What's the deal with my knee? I know I dislocated it, but do I need surgery?" She only calls me mommy when she's scared, sad, or mad at Callie.

"I'm not sure baby, but how are you doing?" Blue eyes meet blue and I can tell she's scared.

"Will I be able to play soccer, basketball, softball, field hockey, or ride Blue and Jackson again?" I can see her pleading with her eyes.

"I don't know baby. We will find out when mami comes back." Then I hear "I Don't Want This Night To End" by Luke Bryan playing and I know its Peyton's phone.

I walk away and give her some space. I get some food and walk back to Peyton's room and find her, Callie, and Mark. Peyton looks scared, while Callie and Mark show no emotion at all.

"Calliope? What's wrong?" I ask walking to the edge of Peyton's bed.

"She was waiting for you to get back before she would tell me if I will be able to play sports anymore." Peyton answers before Callie can.

"I'm here now so spill it." I say, as I look her in the eye.

"She will be able to play all of her sports and still ride horses. She can be back to practice tomorrow." She looks at Peyton, "Your knee wasn't as bad as it looked."

"When can I go home Mami?" Peyton asks.

"I just signed your discharge papers, so now if you want." Callie says.

"Good. Hey Mom?" she asks me.

"Yeah baby?"

"Can we ride Blue and Jackson tonight? Please? I will be careful." She begs me. Peyton and I have bonded over horses and sports. Callie and Peyton have bonded through the whole Spanish thing and the work out together. Peyton and I are both country girls who know how to punch hard and fast, and we both love country music. I look at Callie

"Doctors call." I give Callie my best puppy dog face, the one I know she can't resist.

"Okay fine. But I get to watch and make sure Peyton's okay." She says while cracking a smile.

"Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Peyton says while running, well more like hobbling towards the door.

When we get home, Peyton immediately runs towards the stables in our huge back yard. Callie and I run after her. Once we get saddled up, we ride around the arena while Callie plugs my ipod into the stereo we have out back. Soon, we start singing along with "Someone Else Calling You Baby" by Luke Bryan.

After a few hours Callie says Peyton has to get to bed because she has her first day of high school in the morning. We get back in the house and realize its 11:00. Peyton goes upstairs and goes to bed. Soon we do the same.
