Mathieu looked up as Alfred came in the room, seemingly looking for him. When he spotted Mathieu, he came over and threw an arm around his shoulder.
"Hi Mathieu!" He smiled in his cheesy manner, before patting Mathieu hard on the back.
"Yes Alfred?" Mathieu answered, knowing that he was up to something. Mathieu adjusted his glasses and waited for it.
"Do you know that amendment my citizens passed?" Mathieu shrugged.
"Which one?" America laughed and gave him a side hug.
"You kidder! The prohibition one!" Oh, that one. Now Mathieu knew what this is about.
"You can't buy any alcohol, can you?" Alfred froze, then looked down dejected.
"Well..yeah." Mathieu sighed. "So can you help me out bro? Huh? Huh? Please?" He elbowed Mathieu.
"Of course I can. But when you get in trouble with you're people-" Alfred cut him off.
"Great!" He clapped his hands together. Again, Mathieu sighed, then dug in his pockets for the flask he kept on him as Alfred watched him with puppy dog eyes. He pulled out the flask, and he could of swore Alfred was about to sprout a tail as he wiggled back and forth like an excited puppy.
"Here." Mathieu tossed it to Alfred, who caught it, then gave Mathieu a bear hug, then was off before anything more could say except the echo of a 'thank you'. Mathieu sighed, the looked after his brother with a content look on his face. He loved his brother.
