The gang were walking to the academy for training .They left their dragons at home because they were doing combat training with weapons not they got in they were surprised to see a blue orb in the center of the arena
"What the heck is that"snotlout said sounding very scared
"How am I suppose to know"hiccup says sarcasticly
"Your Hiccup your the smart one"snotlout whined
"Oh uh still we better find out what it is before it does something that could get us in trouble"hiccup groaned
"oooooh I wan't to touch it"tuffnut said running over to touch it then ruffnut grabbed his arm and yanked him back
"No stupid ,Hiccup is going to touch it first"ruffnut said
"yeah,wait what why am I going to touch it first"hiccup said annoyed and shocked
"Because if you die then I'll get toothless "ruffnut said

"Guys Shut Up,I Know we all want the coolest dragon but we have a strange thing in our arena right now so let's focus on that at the moment"astrid said annoyed
"Thank you Astrid, maybe we should all go near it together"Hiccup said
The gang walked up to the strange object then in a flash it expanded and sucked them in
When they woke up they were all in a forest they have never seen before
"Uh where are we"astrid said getting up
"uh look there's a piece of paper there"fishlegs said pointing to a piece of paper in front of hiccup
Hiccup grabbed the piece of paper and opened it up and read the note out loud
Dear Gang you have been sent into the future to discover what life is like in 2014 .You will be staying in apartments for the time your here but don't worry about that till later just walk down that path then you will be in a place called New might be shocked when you see what life is like in be out of trouble and enjoy
"2014 wow that's so far in the future like nearly 1000 years wow i wonder what this New York place looks like"hiccup said
"yeah but it's probably not that different from berk though "astrid said
"well we better follow this path then"hiccup said pointing to the path
The gang walked along the path for about ten minuted then they saw a massive skyscraper
"woah what the heck is that "snotlout said shocked out of his mind
"I get a feeling this is going to be alot different then berk"Hiccup said shocked as well at the giant thing in front of nodded
They kept walking then they came to the center of the big apple
"WOW "everyone said in unison
"2014 is so cool"tuffnut screamed
"oh my god what are those things"fishlegs said pointing at cars
"wow they seem like some sort of transport wow "hiccup said
"I want to get one of those "snotlout said
"Me too"everyone said in unison again
"well I think we should do more exploring now "hiccup said everyone agreed then a note came from the sky and landed in hiccups hand
"oh look another note"hiccup said opening the note and reading aloud
HI Gang I told you, you would be shocked now there will be one of them weird machines come up to you they are called cars and they are the main transport around will be yellow and a person will be diving it. Get into it and it will take you to where your staying for the there will be new clothes in the apartment as well so wear them before you start exploring
then a yellow cab pulled up and the man gestures them to climb in
"ok I think we should get in"Hiccup said everyone agreed and got in
