It hurts. Majorly. Fez is supposed to be the one guy who will love and adore her forever. He has everything that she's looking before and he worships her. She thinks he's different. She thinks he's never going to fool around with Eric's sister or go off and marry a stripper when he's supposed to be proposing to her. She thinks he's never going to hurt her and everything is going to be alright as long as they're together, and she thinks they're going to stay together till death do them part and everything else the priest will say when they're at the alter. She's wrong.

She opens the back door to the basement and her jaw drops. Usually it's just her, Fez, Eric, and Hyde these days. This time it's just Fez… and Laurie. They're wrapped up and each other and it's a miracle that they're not choking on each others tongues. He doesn't even notice that she's here. He doesn't notice that his girlfriend has walked into the room. God, it's like it all comes back to her at that moment. She remembers innocent days eating ice cream with Michael, losing her virginity to him, and then catching him kissing the very same girl Fez was making out with. She remembers the hot moments with Hyde that eventually turned into romance, the bump on the road with the nurse, getting back together, and then him marrying Sam. Suddenly, she snaps back to the present and it feels like her throat is closing.

She doesn't know how long she stands there, just watching the man that was supposed to love her kissing the same tramp that stole her first boyfriend. Her eyes don't water like she expects them to. She can't even tell if she's feeling anything. The sound of someone hopping down the stairs registers in her mind and she tears her eyes away from her boyfriend's infidelity to meet the eyes of Eric Forman, full of disbelief and sympathy.

She looks down. She can't look at Eric. She just can't. She feels humiliated, rejected, and betrayed and she just can't deal with anyone's sympathy at the moment.

"Jackie…" she hears Eric say and she can hear the floor creak as he takes a few steps towards her, but she still refuses to look at him.

Fez pulls apart from Eric's sister after hearing her brother's voices. He looks at his friend, whose face is shocked, but soft. Fez doesn't understand why his gaze isn't mad until he figures out that Eric isn't looking at him. He's looking at Jackie. Laurie gives him a quick kiss on the cheek before flouncing up the stairs. Finally, Jackie looks up, but she doesn't acknowledge Eric, she just goes straight to screaming at Fez.

He yells that he loves her and that he'll never do something stupid again. She shouts that she was wrong about him. She's done with him. She's done with men. All they do is lie and cheat. He begs and pleads but she thinks they both know it's useless. Every guy she's ever been with has cheated on her and she's seen and heard it all before. He just keeps saying that he loves her and all of the sudden something within her breaks and she's just done.

Before she even can realize what she's doing, she opens up the back door again and runs out of Eric's basement. She has no idea where she's running to or why she's running but she just can't get herself to stop. She just can't stand to be anywhere near that basement. It all starts and ends in Eric Forman's damn basement. She's not going to do that anymore. She's not going to do anything anymore. She thinks its fate that a car is actually speeding along the street. Since when are there actually cars on the roads in Point Place? Nevertheless, she waits just the right amount of time so the car won't be able to stop, and she runs in front of. There are a few seconds of sharp pain before everything turns black. She had no idea that no other than Steven Hyde was driving the car.
